Very disappointed in the paid version

I loved the free version. It worked well, but the aggressive long ads of the same game with that girl just got on my nerves. The only way to get away from it was to close out the app & come back to it. I broke down & brought the paid version. I tried to transfer my data, but couldnt. I wrote support & they said it wasnt possible. Then from day 1 it wont record any new workouts. Not 1 has been recorded. I see others are having issues. I wrote support again. I dont like to leave bad reviews without trying to talk to people & work it out. It wouldnt go through after I sent it. Said page couldnt be found.
"Sorry, but the page you are looking for has not been found. Try checking the URL for errors, then hit the refresh button on your browser." Did. Same thing. Its still on the Sport.com with all their logos. Then tells me to try their other great apps. Are they overloaded with support questions? Such a huge disappointment, but at least it was only .99 & I didnt shell out a lot of money. That will teach me to read the reviews before I waste money on something again.
